On-Site Training: We have over 30 years experience in a number of common business applications (including Microsoft Office, Sage Accounting and Payroll Software) as well as Microsoft Windows (inc. XP/Vista/7/8 and Server) and Apple OSX & iOS technologies as well as some older and less well know systems we won’t bore you with here!
Remote-Support: This is a huge time saver and means we can often solve your problem extremely quickly. By directly connecting to our support terminal we can temporarily share your workstation over a secure internet connection and remotely diagnose faults or demonstrate how to do something in real time.
