Thinking of buying a new piece of kit?  We provide unbiased advice so you can make your purchase with confidence.  We don’t sell hardware or software, we leave that to the bigger boys!   Instead, using our knowledge of different types of systems, we can offer you unbiased and honest advice, so you know what will suit your needs best, and we’ll point you where you can get it at a price you know is right.


Post-Sales Support

Made a purchase and need help setting it up?  Perhaps you just want a fast-track guide through the basics.  We can get you up and running quickly and efficiently and then show you how it works without long tutorials.  We teach you everything you need to know in plain English.

On-Site Support: We visit you at a convenient time to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

On-Site Training: We have over 30 years experience in a number of common business applications (including Microsoft Office, Sage Accounting and Payroll Software) as well as Microsoft Windows (inc. XP/Vista/7/8 and Server) and Apple OSX & iOS technologies as well as some older and less well know systems we won’t bore you with here!

Remote-Support: This is a huge time saver and means we can often solve your problem extremely quickly.  By  directly connecting to our support terminal we can temporarily share your workstation over a secure internet connection and remotely diagnose faults or demonstrate how to do something in real time.
